At Scandic Sports Academy (SSA), we create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children can develop not only physically but also mentally and socially. Our programs are built around three key areas that help kids thrive both in sports and in life:

Kids love martial arts — and for good reason! Inspired by their favorite superheroes, they get to move, focus, and have fun while learning important life skills. Our Mini-Martial Arts program isn’t about fighting — it’s about balance, coordination, and confidence. Through playful training, children develop strength, discipline, and respect, all while discovering how capable they really are.
Kids Yoga helps children relax, focus, and feel confident in their bodies. Through gentle movements and breathing exercises, they learn calmness, patience, and mindfulness — skills that help both in class and in life. It’s a fun, positive way for kids to express themselves, build strength, and leave each session feeling happy, centered, and proud.
Dancing is a fun and creative way for kids to express themselves, stay active, and build confidence. Through music and movement, children explore their creativity while improving coordination, balance, and focus. Our classes also help develop social skills as kids learn teamwork and rhythm in group settings. Most importantly, dancing inspires positivity and joy — giving every child a reason to move, smile, and shine!
Tennis is an exciting sport that builds both fitness and focus. Kids improve hand-eye coordination, agility, and quick thinking while having fun on the court. It’s a fantastic cardio workout that strengthens muscles, heart, and lungs — all while teaching discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Tennis gives children a great start in the world of racket sports and a lifelong love for active play.
Gymnastics is a fun and natural way for kids to move, explore, and build confidence. Through jumping, balancing, and stretching, children strengthen their bodies while improving coordination and focus. It’s one of the best ways to release energy, stay active, and grow — both physically and mentally — all while having fun!
Soccer is always a favorite! It keeps kids active, builds agility and coordination, and teaches the value of teamwork. While enjoying the game and chasing their football heroes, children develop strength, confidence, and social skills — learning to win, lose, and play together with a smile.
To celebrate progress and motivate our students, we organize tests, ceremonies, and exhibitions where children proudly showcase the skills they’ve learned. Participants receive medals or certificates of completion, helping them experience a true sense of success, confidence, and accomplishment. These moments create lasting memories — not just for the kids, but for their families as well — as we share in the joy of growth, achievement, and the love of sports.
